Perform is set of performance management tools that integrate fully into the SkillGate environment. The main elements are:
Check-ins. This covers the informal side of performance management. Managers and staff can complete check-ins at any stage. They can add one to one meeting notes, wellbeing statements, objectives and actions and development requests.
Appraisal is the formal side of performance management. Appraisals take place on a yearly cycle and require delegates, managers and others to complete reviews on a time based process. The system can be structured to collect, and report on any information required, including competency measurements, skills audit, mandatory requirements, strategic performance etc.
The Perform system is fully integrated. Check-ins and Appraisal work together with Training Requests, Infinity Library searches, PinboardPro, Traffic Light etc.
