Our Managing Conflict Foundation introduces you to ways to manage conflict in a positive way. Four informative tutorials help you to understand why conflict happens, provide techniques on how to manage conflict, why conflict happens in the first place and how, sometimes, conflict can have some positive results.
Once you have completed these tutorials and demonstrated your skill by completing the iCoach elements, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement.
