All employees need time off for a variety of reasons, and good absence management supports these needs whilst also providing clear guidance to avoid unauthorised absence or inappropriate use of sick pay schemes.
Our Absence Management Foundation contains two tutorials to help you control the cost of absenteeism and reduce compliance risk. You’ll discover what to include in an absence policy, what a ‘fit note’ is and how and why you should conduct return-to-work interviews.
Once you have completed these tutorials and demonstrated your skill by completing the iCoach elements, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement.
