Without punctuation, most writing would make no sense at all. Punctuation gives meaning to the written words, not unlike the pauses and changes in tones of our voices when we are speaking.
Our 'Punctuation' Foundation contains four quick exercises that teach and test your knowledge of punctuation. You'll learn where to place an apostrophe, as well as the correct way to use colons, commas and semi-colons. At the end of the Foundation you will see how punctuation structures and organises your writing, giving your sentences sense, clarity and emphasis.
