The Better Listening Foundation is made up of three short tutorials, which challenge how well you are listening and reveals how you can improve your listening skills. It also teaches you how to read body language and ask better questions to ensure others are listening properly to you.
Once you have completed these tutorials and demonstrated your skill by completing the iCoach elements, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement.
