The Conducting Interviews Foundation provides a great introduction to effective interviewing techniques including the concept of CPI (competency-based interviewing). You’ll be introduced to better questioning techniques and the ‘Peter Principle’, which is about selecting a candidate for a position based on their performance in their current role rather than on their abilities relevant to the intended role.
