Critical Analysis Research - 24-10-2011

SkillGate Critical Analysis Research is provided for peer review.
We aim to offer learning statistics associated with specific learning interventions (with a minimal level of interpretation) so that trainers can make their own analysis having reviewed the training offered.

Personal Trainer Tutorial: Managing by Wandering Around. (issued 30 September 2011)

At the end of each tutorial delegates were asked:

To what extent do you do this already? Response 2.2 i.e. 73%

To what extent will you do this in future? Response 2.4 i.e. 80%

Simplistically, this suggests that this tutorial could deliver a 7% increase in this type of activity from delegates who completed the tutorial.

Personal Trainer Tutorial: Improving Your Grammar and writing Skills. (issued 14 October 2011)

At the end of this tutorial delegates were presented with the following feedback request:

To date 83% of delegates have completed the tutorial and 80% of those have completed the feedback form.

We have correlated the 'How useful was this tutorial to you?' against the 'How relevant do you think this subject is to you?' to try to determine if people who think the subject is more 'relevant' find the training more or less 'useful'.
